Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No quaternary ammonium in triple sink. Automatic feed does not appear to be working.
Corrective Action(s): All food prep and serving to cease until such time as all dishware and utensils have been sanitized at a minimum of 200 ppm of quaternary ammonium or 100 ppm of chlorine.
Make sure that routine testing of sanitizer concentration is done to ensure that automatic feed is working.
