Premises is wholesales distributor for meats (pork, chicken, beef) and processing is also done for repackaging, cutting and boning etc.

2 walk-in coolers at 4C or below.
1 walk-in freezer at -18C or below.
Holding area and processing room are refrigerated - ambient temperature measured at 4C or below.
All handsinks are fully equipped.
Bleach is available; bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200ppm with test strips.
Reviewed manual dishwashing method with 3 compartment sink. Operator has chlorine test strips available. Drain plugs available.
Monthly pest control service from ORKIN. No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
Operator stated that all refrigeration/freezer units have automated temperature monitoring system and an alert email is received when there is temperature fluctuation.

*Ensure to not hold aprons, rags and other miscellaneous items on pipe inside processing room. Install a proper hook or holder for those items.
