Observation: Ice machine by the bar and meat slicer are not maintained in sanitary condition. Meat slicer has encrusted debris that needs to be cleaned and sanitize. The ice machine has some debris buildup that needs to be cleaned and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice machine bin and meat slicer. 100 ppm is needed to sanitize. Date to be corrected: today

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 bleach buckets were found to have no bleach in them. Bleach buckets must maintain 100ppm chlorine solution. The bleach solution will need to be remade to maintain 100ppm throughout the day.
Corrective Action(s): Remake bleach bucket solution to 100ppm and store wiping cloths in them. Date to be corrected: immediately

Observation: Mouse droppings are present in the back kitchen. They have been noted along the wall by the 2 compartment sink near the pipe and the back wall in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean up the droppings and sanitize the affected area with 100ppm bleach. 2) Contact pest control provider to provide an action plan to eliminate pest issue. Date to be corrected: today
