Observation: The following changes to the previously approved plans were noted in the kitchen area:
> Reduced the width of the kitchen from 9 feet to 7 feet 3 inches.
> Added additional storage space: one chest cabinet with cubbies along the fenced barrier and another standup cabinet with three cubbies against the wall next to existing tall storage cabinet.
Corrective Action(s): Please submit updated floor plans to the undersigned for review. Updated plans must include the above noted changes and accurately reflect the current layout of the facility.

- Undercounter freezer: -21C
- Temperature logs are recorded twice daily.
- High temperature dishwasher: reached final rinse temperature of 79.4C at the plate.
- Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- 2 compartment sink available for simple food prep.
- 200ppm bleach solution on site for sanitizing surfaces.
- No signs of pests at time of inspection.
- Dry goods are stored in pest proof containers.
- All stored foods are protected from contamination (covered and off the floor).
- No incompatible storage of food noted (all items are contained in the kitchen area).
- General sanitation satisfactory.
