Violation Score: 5

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 6
209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]

Observation: Mouse droppings observed on floor of dry storage room (in hard-to-reach areas) and on the lid of a bucket in the same room. Note: Droppings do not appear to be recent. Note: No droppings observed on shelving / food product. Packaging intact.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure affected areas as noted above are properly cleaned. Bleach to be applied to affected areas following cleaning per Fraser Health bulletin on rodents. Monitor for new activity and take appropriate measures as necessary if new signs of pest activity observed (e.g. retain pest control, seal openings). Date to be corrected by: Today.
Violation Score: 3

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Gap/opening observed along bottom of screen door, along frame. Gap also observed on right side.
