Reviewed services provided - see note to file. Today, reviewed hair services and esthetics/nail services. Hair - Barbicide is used for combs etc. - Hair wash sinks have vacuum breakers. - Hand wash sink is in staff room. - Clippercide available. - Laundry on site - using hot dry - good. Nails - Semi-critical items - see above. - Foot bath - intermediate disinfection used - good. Can be cleaned in sink in room. - Hand sink has liquid soap and single use towels. - Absorbent items (buffers, files, etc.) are single use - discarded after use. - Pedicure (credo) blades are single use and discarded into a sharps container. Esthetics (including waxing) - Single use (disposable) waxing spatulas and strips. Discarded after one use. - Single use makeup applicators. Today, permanent make up, microblading, and eyelash extension technicians are not available and inspection did not cover these services. Signature not required (COVID). Left copy of report with operator.
