Concession not in operation at time of inspection, concession operator not on site. Limited food storage.

Thermometers for cold units - available;
Warmers & hot holding units are not turned at at time of inspection.
Note: Ensure hot potentially hazardous foods are kept at an internal temperature of 60 C or more.
Bleach sanitizer - available (in labelled spray bottle at 200 ppm);
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.

Recommendation:
- Please, drain the "Black & Dacker" warmer (do not leave water with some food debris in it);
- The counter top beverage cooler (near the back door) at 9.7 C (no perishable food);
- Storage containers for serving utensils have to be regularly cleaned and sanitized according to your sanitation plan (on a counter near the microwave & counter top oven) .
