Observation: General sanitation found to be poor at the time of inspection.
Food debris (from last night) on the floor front of the prep. table, in a microwave, on a stove, on prep. areas.
Dirty utensils (a service tray, spoons) under the table on a cardboard box and on the table.
Correction: Today. The entire kitchen requires cleaning to remove food debris.
Immediately. All utensils must be properly cleaned (with soap & hot water) & sanitized (with Bleach solution at 100 ppm/ a san. compartment of the 3-compartment sink must be set).

Observation: Food stored on a "bed" which located front of the 2-compartment sink.
Mixed food items that cut & partially rotten stored in single use plastic containers without lids.
Correction: Immediately. Discard food whish stored on the "bed".
Food discarded at the time of inspection.

All cold units well organized.
All food is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Handwashing sinks - satisfactory.
