Fresh ginger sauce now preportioned in small take-out containers, all product stored inside front prep cooler. Grill prep cooler top food inserts have been re-arranged and now all fit properly within cooler unit to stay at 4 C Dishwashing sinks correctly set-up for manual dishwashing, no food preparation conducted at these sinks at the same time. Latex glove supply removed. Cooked chicken now stored safely above raw chicken inventory. Ice scoop stored safely outside ice machine. Flour no longer stored in unlabelled, recycled bin.
