Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both buckets of chlorine bleach were measured to be 10-50ppm. Test strips used onsite were showing a darker color.
Corrective Action(s): Double up the addition of bleach until you obtain proper test paper within expiry date. Store test papers in dry areas .
