Inspection report: 259952 Met with Adam, GM and discussed the following: - cleaning schedules and daily temp logs are up to date - almost all staff are FS certified - quat used as approved sanitizer ( measured at 200ppm )/ test strips are available - low temp dishwasher - supplied with bleach and measured at 100ppm on the plate surface - bar low temp glass washer - supplied with iodine and measured at 12.5ppm - ice machine cleaned and scoop stored outside the machine pest control company is ATLASA - providing service once a month NOTE: please clean the ceiling screens in the dishwashing and kitchen's area
