Comments

General sanitation is good. Outside garbage enclosure area and grounds behind the store is in generally good condition. Clean the wall behind the pop syrup shelving units to remove splatters. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Temperature log is maintained. Temperature check is performed on each batch of fried chicken. Hot holding temperature is satisfactory. Quats is detected in the sanitizer dispensed at the three compartment sink and in the sanitizer spray bottle.
