Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine-based glasswasher contained no chlorine residual at final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): The chlorine bottle underneath the glasswasher was replaced with a fresh chlorine solution. Chlorine was measured at 50 ppm after the replacement. Ensure that chlorine is always being dispensed from the glasswasher by verifying with chlorine test strips.

Observation: Multiple observations were noted with regard to sanitation:
1. Area underneath glasswasher requires cleaning. Food debris, scraps, and dust were observed.
2. Shoes were on the same shelf as take-out trays.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Sweep and remove the debris beneath the glasswasher. Ensure that the floor is swept regularly to maintain the premise in a sanitary condition.
2. Remove the shoes from the bar area and clean/sanitize the shelf.

Routine inspection conducted for the lounge area.

- Handwashing sink is stocked with hot/cold running water, single-use paper towels, and liquid soap
- Chlorine spray bottle contains 100 ppm chlorine residual
- Ice is free from contamination and scoop is stored in a secure area
- Holster for hard liquor is in good sanitary condition
- Beverage / liquor coolers at 4C or less
- Walk-in bar cooler at 4C or less and in good sanitary condition
- Permit to operate clearly visible to customers and up-to-date
