Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handwash station in front area, back prep area and in washroom is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- All coolers units - Walk-in cooler in back area, two prep coolers, display (reach-in) cooler - are all maintained at less than 4C.
- Freezer unit is measured at less than -18C.
- Accurate thermometers are available in all coolers & freezers.
- Hot holding units- steam table and for rice and quinoa are greater than 60C.
- Quats sanitizer dispenses at 3-compartment sink is measured at greater than 200ppm quats.
- Food contact sanitizer in a bucket is measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practice are satisfactory.
- Adequate temperature logs are maintained and available for review.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted. Pest control measures are in place.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
