Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottle had no detectable sanitizer (chlorine, quats or H202), original bottle not available.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle of bleach sanitizer made up during inspection (2mL bleach in 1L water). Dishwashing sign provided. Recommend labeling spray bottle with instructions on how to mix up more bleach sanitizer (ie 2mL bleach with 1L/spray bottle full water)
**Also ensure dishes are sanitized after washing and rinsing as outlined on dishwashing sign.
