Follow up inspection conducted & following are observed: -Three compartment sink is now installed in storage room. Follow three step manual warewashing for all your variable preparation & serving utensils. NOTE* - Remove all construction material and waste material. -Email updated floor plans -Copy of foodsafe certificate. -Get thermometer for upright storage cooler. *Health Approval is granted for pancakes and hot buffet items. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other agencies.
