Corrective Action(s): Call technician to fix problem. As interim measure remove all food from the lowest part of unit to limit food from exposure to this water/ice build up. **Probably best to move the food during this defrost cycle and keep food away from drips. Cooling units less that 4 C. Freezer - see noted violation handwash station s all good. General sanitation good. Mop sink looks good and clean - no signs of spilled water spreading to other areas. Quats in sani-bucket at 200 ppm Dishwasher at 75 C.
