Comments

-Recommend pest proof containers with lids for foods kept in the storage room. Hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. Note that the storage room cooler has ice buildup and requires defrosting. Two hour time tracking in use for the peals and sago. Bleach sanitizer at the spray bottle and 3-compartment sink was tested at 100 ppm. Test strips available. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
