Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A stool is placed right in front of back handwashing station, blocking access.
Corrective Action(s): Handwashing stations must be accessible at all times for proper handwashing to occur. This is the second consecutive routine inspection with observation. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action.

Corrective Action(s): The intent of mop sink is to dump dirty water only, not to be used for anything else. This is the second consecutive routine inspection with observation. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action - may include violation ticket and/or relocation of mop sink.
*Place a sign above mop sink and ensure nobody uses sink other than dumping dirty water.

2. Non-food products should be stored at least 6 inches above ground.
3. As facility is using a high temperature dishwasher, it takes time to heat up. Turn on dishwasher once facility opens everyday to ensure proper temperature is reached before use.
