Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available in preparation area upon arrival to premises.
Corrective Action(s): Chlorine sanitizer was made by staff at concentration greater than 200 ppm. Ensure there is a sanitizing solution available at all times during operation of the premises to maintain all food contact surfaces in sanitary condition.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floor against the walls in back storage area storing unused cooking dishes and equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with bleach solution and clean and remove all rodent droppings wearing a mask and gloves. Contact your pest control company to address the issue. To prevent the entry of pests:
1. Seal all gaps and holes larger than 1/4 inch
2. Store all food in pest proof containers and at least 6 inches off the floor
3. Remove all equipment, containers, and utensils not in use

Observation: Chlorine water mixture placed in spray bottle labeled Lysol General Purpose cleaner.
Corrective Action(s): Chlorine sanitizer is to be placed in a food safe container. Chemical bottles/containers are to be discarded after use and not used to store chlorine sanitizer to prevent chemical contamination of food contact surfaces.
