Comments

-Upright refrigerator units were at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -12C.
-Customer area hot hold cabinet was greater than 60C.
-Chicken cooked to greater than 74C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was labelled and tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer changed every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training (Foodwise) valid until February 24, 2026.
