Comments

The following violations noted at routine inspection remain outstanding and need to be corrected: Code 305 - Opening present in lower portion of wall under drainboard in dishwashing area which could allow for pest entrance of harbourage Code 306 - Food debris noted in hard to reach areas of the floor: under mop sink, under prep table in back prep area, under deep fryer/grill area. Refer to routine inspection report 21-Jun-2022 for corrective actions required. Additional follow up inspection to be conducted to verify completion. Notes: - Technician was on-site to disconnect gas for cooking line equipment to be pulled out to allow for thorough cleaning tonight. - Staff on duty reported request has been submitted to have hole in wall covered. Chef Manager to provide anticipated timeline for completion. - Chlorine test strips now present and monitoring records for dishwasher up to date. - Ice machine was serviced and thoroughly cleaned by Technician; however, is not currently working therefore not in use. Interior appears clean.
