-Light covers missing in meat cutting area, dry storage area, kitchen areas
Corrective Action(s): -Garbage bags are NOT food-grade -they will leach chemicals into the food -discard pork chops

Use food-grade materials when they are touching foods directly: i.e. Saran wrap, tin-foil, wax paper

-All lights require shielding in open food areas

Place more multi-level wire racks in Walk-in cooler along the walls to facilitate this

-remove all cardboard used as shelf liners -you must be cleaning and sanitizing instead!

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis live traps observed throughout

Other Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
