Observation: 1.Mouse droppings noted around front door beverage cooler and ice cream freezer.
2. Mouse droppings noted around 2 comp sink in back storage room
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all mouse droppings are cleaned up and areas sanitized. Monitor for current pest activity. If pest control devices are not working then a pest control technician may be required to control pests.

Observation: 1.Back - storage area (3 rooms) very cluttered with shelving, food, supplies.
2. Front - corners of store full of boxes and equipment - difficult to monitor areas
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas of the facility are maintained in a clean & organized state. Keep all supplies and food off the ground, organized and paths clear to allow for easy cleaning and monitoring of pest activities.
Operator has purchased new shelving unit - currently laying in a pile. Operator will set up shelving and re-organize all 3 rooms.

Observation: 1. Food debris noted through out hard to reach areas in facility - corners, around cooler equipment, back storage area (3 rooms) and are paan prep station.
2. Food splatter and stickiness noted around paan station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food premise is maintained at a high level of sanitation. Clean up all food spills and splatter immediately and maintain an organized establishment. Keep supplies and materials off the ground to allow for easy cleaning.

-No hot holding done on-site.
-Labelled "bleach" sanitzer bottle noted: >200 ppm chlorine.
**Ensure sanitizer is maintained at 100-200 ppm chlorine max. (1/2 tsp bleach per 1 L water)

***Reviewed some food items in unlabelled packages.
