Observation: 1. Chest freezers (Frigidaire and Beaumark) located potentially outside approved floor plan.
2. Light fixtures above chest freezers (Frigidaire and Beaumark) needs to be covered.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Confirm with Surrey fire department that back emergency exit hallway can be used. Provide updated floor plan. Food must be stored in areas approved by your floor plan.

Observation: 1. **REPEAT** 1 door upright cooler (Habco) observed to not be at appropriate temperature. Reading between 6.3 - 10°C at time of inspection. Internal temperature of food measured 5°C. Condensation also observed on interior along glass door.
2. Thick build up of ice on most chest freezers.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Monitor unit to ensure unit can hold temperatures of 4°C or less. Start a temperature log to record temperatures at least three times daily (start, noon and end of day). There should be no condensation occuring on the glass.
