Routine inspection conducted. Facility is in excellent sanitary condition and is well maintained and operated. Kitchen was not in-use at time of inspection. Kitchen only operates when facility is booked for events.

- Utensils, ladles, forks, spoons all stored in sanitary condition inside cabinets
- Dry storage goods in pest-proof containers
- Upright cooler and domestic cooler both at 4C (Max: 4C). Thermometers are present for all coolers
- All plates and food items kept at least 6" off floor
- Handwash sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- High-temperature dishwasher could not be warmed up in a reasonable time during inspection (kitchen not in operation). Ensure that when kitchen is in use, warm up the dishwasher first and ensure that it is able to reach a rinse temperature of 82C at the manifold or 71C at the plate
- No visible signs of pest activity at time of inspection
- Permit posted

NOTE: Bleaach sanitizer on-site is lemon-scented. Please use unscented bleach for sanitizing, as scented bleach is not considered to be food-grade.
