Observation: The low temperature dishwasher had no detectable chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): 2-compartment sink was setup for manual warewashing at the time of inspection. All previously washed dishes are to be run through the sanitizer sink again. Serve food in single-use containers only until the dishwasher is repaired. Date to be corrected by: July 29, 2021.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink by the 2-compartment sink was blocked with a trolley.
Corrective Action(s): Operator moved the trolley away at the time of inspection. Ensure hand washing sinks are kept clear of obstructions to encourage frequent handwashing.

Sanitation
- Handsinks (including washrooms) were adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and disposable paper towels. Ensure the access to hand sinks is not obstructed *see violation above*
- Sanitizer spray bottles had 200ppm QUATS solution.
- Ice-machine was in good sanitary condition. Scoop stored outside in clean container. Water tray clean.
- Ice-sink in good sanitary condition.
- Scoops in dipper wells were clean and properly stored.
- Floor, shelves, and areas behind equipment was in good sanitary condition.

Pest Control
- No signs of pest activity were noted.
- Household insect pesticide was found on site which is used outside the kitchen for flies, as per the operator. Ensure pesticides are not used within the kitchen or anywhere near food.

Administration
- Permit is posted.
- Sanitation procedures are posted.
- Staff on site is Food Safe level 1 certified.
