-FOODSAFE Level 1 certified staff were on-site. Operator is requiring all staff to have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground, in food grade containers, covered, and protected from potential contamination.
-Health Permit hand delivered. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
