Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Juicing area automatic sanitizer dispenser had no detectable Quats sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer at 200ppm is required to properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishware. While sanitizer dispenser is waiting to be serviced, use one of the alternate 3-compartment sinks to sanitize equipment.

Observation: Minor evidence of rodent activity was detected in the warehouse (droppings).
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings and monitor for pest activity. If pest activity increases, contact your pest control operator. Potential entry points have been blocked to limit potential pest entry.

Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer dispenser must be able to dispense 200ppm Quats in order to proper sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishware. Contact service technician to service dispenser

Comments

Store Front:
-Dairy walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Wall coolers ranged from 1C to 4C.
-Cut vegetables and fruits and sprouts stored at 4C.
-Wall freezers ranged from -14C to -20C.
-Store area bank freezers ranged from -14C to -18C.
-Bulk foods were protected from potential contamination in gravity dispensers or separate scoops
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Nutritional supplements were within their expiry dates.
-Baby foods were within their expiry dates.
*Coconut milk past the best before dates were removed from the store shelving area. Ensure staff rotate stock on a regular basis.

Produce Area:
-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer as at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Produce area was found to be clean and sanitary.

Juicing Area:
-Under counter coolers were both at 4C.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.

Warehouse:
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
