Follow up inspection: -Code 303 is still outstanding from the routine inspection that was conducted on December 21, 2018. This is a critical violation and requires correction. Please obtain two adequately sized drain plugs for the 2-compartment sink so that the sinks may be filled up with clean soapy water in one compartment and 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the second compartment to manually wash, rinse, and sanitize the coffee pots. -It was mentioned by the Retailer staff member hat her husband is gone to Walmart to find drain plugs. Make sure these are obtained toady. A follow up inspection will be conducted again tomorrow.
