Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. "Cleaned" blender drying on rack with food debris noted on and in blender.
2. Blender rinse sink plugged and filled with beverage foam and splatter - unable to properly rinse blenders in sink
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all cleaned dishware are in fact clean before being placed on the clean drying rack to be used for the next beverage. Keep the blender rinse sink clean at all times to ensure it is available when needed.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all pest activity is controlled. Clean up all spills and ensure all sticky areas are cleaned through out the day but especially at the end of the night to prevent further pest activity.
