- Operator advised that walk-in cooler had been turned off for maintenance and was not turned back on in error.

Note: Monthly pest control services provided by Kwality Pest Control. Glueboards and snap traps placed throughout premises. Doorsweeps for bay doors and warehouse door appears properly sealed.

- Operator processes the following products (finished product is dehydrated and considered non-potentially hazardous when Food Safety Plan is followed and Critical Limits are verified): Hungarian Goulash, Irish Shepherd's Pie, Kathmandu Curry, Indian Red Lentil Stew, Caribbean Curry, Ukrainian Borscht, Canadian Barley Soup, Chewy Banana Bites. Consumers add water and heat product before consuming.
- Written Health Approval is required before any changes/ additions can be made to the existing premises.

- No co-packing at this time. Submit an updated floorplan of the premises.
**For consideration of subleasing, Operator must provide the following for review:
- Proposed business details and a list of all products that will be produced.
- Proposed Food Safety Plan for new products and Sanitation Plan to address changes.
- Proposed equipment layout plan.
- Proposed contract/ agreement including hours of operation for each business.
**Once the above information has been submitted and reviewed, Written Approval from Fraser Health is required before proceeding. The business owner of the proposed secondary business is required to obtain Health Approval and also ensure that all City of Burnaby requirements have been met.

- Handsink is accessible and provided with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- Walk-In Freezer - empty and not in use at time of inspection.
- Chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available for sanitizing food contact surfaces and equipment.
- General sanitation of premises (unless otherwise mentioned) appears maintained in a sanitary condition.
