Cleaning and sanitation is improved. -Discussed the following: 1. Increase the frequency and intensity of cleaning/sanitation and send a revised sanitation plan. 2. Ensure to use bleach solution to sanitize all counter tops before any food prep/between jobs and end of shift. 3.Seal any crack and crevices 4. Reduce any food preparation in (Shirazi salad etc) while having pest issues (cockroaches) 5.Discussed with the pest control re: aggressive treatment for cockroaches 6.Actively monitor the cockroaches infestation and address it properly Send a weekly report re: cockroaches issues along with a copy of pest control report. **Discussed the voluntary closure of the facility to have an aggressive pest control treatment to eradicate the problem.
