Observation: Grit observed on several sandwich cooler handles
Corrective Action(s): Use an abrasive scrubber to remove build up as discussed

Observation: Final rinse cycle in the dishwasher observed to be not disengaging. After 4 minutes cycle was interruped by opening the door. This violation was noted in my report on June 2, 2022.
Light inside the proofer observed to be not working
Seal to proofer door observed with some damage
Corrective Action(s): Contact technican to repair dishwasher. If final rinse cycle is not interuped dishwasher will keep running.
Ensure staff are aware they will need to interrup the final rinse cycle until repaired.
Ensure staff are aware not to run the dishwasher until the final rinse gauge reads 204-205F.
Final rinse tested at 75c (At plate level)
Repair light and replace damaged seal.
