Observation: Rodent droppings found in the following areas:
-In the cupboard near the drive through window.
-Underneath the hot water heater
-On top of the electrical breakers next to the staircase
Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings with a bleach solution and continue with a professional pest control company. Send a copy of the most recent pest control report to Fraser Health.

Observation: Potential rodent entry points noted inside the front cabinets, underneath the old drive through window, and underneath and to the left of the hot water heater.
Corrective Action(s): Check for and seal all potential rodent entry points within two weeks.

Observation: The front sink is broken. The faucet falls directly into the sink and cannot be used properly.

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
Probe thermometer used for checking food temperatures. Discussed calibration of the thermometer with staff.
The ice machine was clean.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
