Observation: Mouse dropping observed under the butter chicken hot holding table and in the back dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff is also cleaning these areas when doing routine cleaning. Clean the mentioned areas and sanitize with 200 ppm bleach solution.
Correction Date: Immediately.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1) There is a large accumulation of garbage, food debris, and filth under the butter chicken hot holding unit. 2) The door handles of the coolers, freezer, walk in coolers, and walk in freezers are sticky.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean this area and make sure to stick to a routine cleaning schedule to avoid build up. 2) The employees must wash their hands before and after handling food so that they do not dirty the equipment.

General sanitation has improved.
Hand sinks have hot/cold running water and are stocked with paper towels and soap.
3 compartment sink available with bleach used for sanitizing step.
Sanitizer spray bottles readily available with 200 ppm bleach solution.
Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temps operating at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot holding units operating at or above 60 degrees C.
Fume hood cleaned and serviced.
FoodSafe Certified staff present at time of inspection.
Pest issue has improved, less droppings spotted, better cleaning by staff.
Last pest control visit was Jan. 17, 2023 - no pest activity noted at that time.
Loading bay closed at time of inspection - good!
Door sweeps installed on doors - good!
The drop down curtain has still not been fixed, manager said it will be done before summer and by next inspection for sure.
