Observation: 1. Juice/soy milk display coler was measured to be 12.2oC (air temperature). Food temperature (soy milk) was measured to be 8.7oC. It was found that the unit was unplugged.
2. Sandwich display cooler was measured to be 7.1oC (air temperature). Food temperature (sandwich) was measured to be 6.7oC. The digital temperature reader was inaccurate.
