Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MTRG-AXANAK of Mar-28-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (During time of inspection, chlorine sanitizer was >200ppm chlorine residual. Chlorine sanitizer did not appear to be diluted)

Follow up inspection to The following issues have been corrected before or by this inspection: - Chlorine sanitizer solution available and at correct concentration, 100ppm chlorine residual - Rodent droppings removed in following area, around dough mixer, in corners around facility, in warming compartment of domestic oven (drawer located at bottom) - nothing was stored within - Pest Control Operator employed and invoice provided to Environmental Health Officer. - Paper towels available at 2 compartment sink. The following still requires attention. - No Sanitation plan + Food Safety Plan available Correction: Ensure to have updated plans available for all products - Certificate of Incorporation required for facility
