Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received information that the care being provided at this address may require a Community Care Facility Licence.

Licensing Officers were on site August 3, 2023 and August 17, 2023. Licensing confirmed there were times when the care provider was caring for 3 children unrelated to them by blood or marriage.

Licensing determined Elizabeth Skillen was operating an unlicensed facility in contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA).

The following contravention was cited:
- Community Care Assisted Living Act section 5(a) Operating or advertising without a licence
