| Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received information that the care being provided at this address may require a Community Care Facility Licence. Licensing Officers were on site August 3, 2023 and August 17, 2023. Licensing confirmed there were times when the care provider was caring for 3 children unrelated to them by blood or marriage. Licensing determined Elizabeth Skillen was operating an unlicensed facility in contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA).
