Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Temperature of processing room was at 5-7 deg C. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - in buckets and 3 comp sink. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Temperature log available and up to date. Staff wearing clean aprons and hair nets All food and food-related items stored off the floor. General sanitation was satisfactory. Cooking Room: Hand sink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Santizer quats at 200 ppm Hot holding cabinet was above 60 deg C. Internal temperature of rotisserie chicken was at 71 deg C. Cooking temperature log was available and up to date. General sanitation was satisfactory. Note: One light bulb in the fume hood was burnt out. Work order has been sent for electrician to change it.
