Routine Inspection Conducted Notes: - Kitchen is NOT in operation during inspection. Some coolers were observed locked and not accessible for testing during inspection. Digital thermometers read at or below 4'C. Observations: - Walk-in cooler at 2'C - Front display cooler at 2'C - No hot-holding during inspection - General sanitation is good during inspection - Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - High-temperature dishwasher available on site (dishwasher observed turned off during inspection) - QUATs sanitizer available on site - Ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition - Ice machine observed not in use - All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Chemicals are stored away from food - No signs of pest activity during inspection - Professional pest control company is contracted - Mechanical traps are observed in place - Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
