Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels in dispenser at handsink initially during inspection. liquid soap level was also very low.

Two domestic cooler/freezer combos side by side: both cooler at 4 deg C or less and freezers at -18 deg C or less. thermometers present.
Hot holding at 60 deg C or greater
Donair meats have secondary cook step in microwave (as previously approved) before being placed in hot holding unit
