A third follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Low temperature dishwasher rinse cycle had [Cl2] of betwee 50-100ppm. - The dishwasher is able to sanitize dishes and can be used. Dishes no longer require to be manually sanitized. - A violation ticket was issued to the Corporation, due to failure to comply with an order issued under the Public Health Act (violation occurred on Oct. 30/18). Staff member received the ticket on behalf of the Corporation. - Correction order rescinded.
