Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 cartons of cream, 1 can of whipped cream, 1 container of margarine and 1 container of yogurt found expired in upright cooler.

Ensure shelf life of perishable food items is routinely monitored and expired product is discarded as needed.

Food inventory is to be rotated on a FIrst In First Out basis to ensure older product is used prior to expiration.
