Follow up inspection:
Dishwasher has a 50ppm chlorine sanitizing rinse.
Quats is being dispensed at 200ppm-good. Change bottles frequently and make sure they are all labelled.
Pineapple juice - transferred from open metal container to a non-metal container during this inspection. Do not store in an open metal container.
Tong storage - ok.
Provide a brush to clean the back of the blade of the meat slicer. Note: meat slicer has been cleaned.
Ice machine to be included on routine cleaning schedule.
Continue with licensed pest control and pest control program. Continue to seal any holes where pests may enter.
