-Upright cooler was at 4C. -Upright freezer was at -18C. -Serving area refrigerator/freezer was at 2C/-18C. -Ice wand available in freezer to rapidly cool hot potentially hazardous foods. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 74C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). -Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Sink in the serving area has a leak. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -If facility is considering obtaining an annual operating permit, please contact the Health Department to discuss requirements. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
