Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station soap dispenser was not working and handwash station had a bar of soap.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible and be supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Discontinue the practice of using bars of soap. Soap dispenser was replaced and bar of soap was removed at the time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings are still being observed in the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all rodent droppings and sanitize all affected areas. Continue to monitor for pests and contact pest control services as needed.

Comments

-Walk-in coolers were at 2C and 3C.
-Front meat cooler was at 4C.
-Customer upright cooler was at 4C.
-Customer upright freezer was at -16C.
-Chest freezer was at -20C.
-Upright freezer (back) was at -6C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 2-compartment sink. Sink plugs and bleach available.
-Sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Meat saw and cutting tables sanitized every 2 hours.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

COVID-19:
-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan completed and posted.
-Maximum occupancy of 10 documented in the safety plan.
-Hand sanitizer available at the front entrance.
-No self-service dispensing food at this time. Customers are instructed to ask for assistance.
-Markers placed on the floor to promote physical distancing.
-Staff complete a daily health check.
-Visitors observed adhering to the face covering requirement at the time of inspection.
