Corrective Action(s): - Please contact your pest control company and take appropriate action. - Deep clean the facility and remove all rodent droppings. Use proper PPE during cleaning. - Disinfect the affected areas with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. - Regularly monitor for any new rodent activity. - Keep all the entry points closed and gaps sealed. - Do not leave food debris that could attract pest into the facility. Routine inspection conducted. - Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 2C - 2 compartment sink and both hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels on site. - 200ppm QUATS recorded in the sanitizer spray bottle. - Glue and mechanical traps were observed throughout the facility. Please take immediate action to address pest issue. Follow up inspection will be conducted.
