Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One bleach spray bottle had no measurable amount of chlorine available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Staff member replaced bleach solution during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure bleach solution is changed routinely and check the concentration of bleach spray bottles

Observation: Hand wash sink near the glass display was backed up due to a block in the plumbing.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has called plumber to fix the blockage to repair the hand sink. Temporarily using the the sink in the preparation room to wash hands and using gloves. Due to limited food handling and easy access to working hand sink, premise allowed to remain open for today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ants observed near the glass display case on the ground. Ants were removed using a broom and then area was cleaned and sanitized during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator should contact strata/pest control company for long term solutions to prevent pest from entering facility.

Observation: Staff members working on shift did not have FOODSAFE Level 1.
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated that he will register employees for FOODSAFE Level 1. Operator will send email once employees have FOODSAFE.
