-All coolers are <4C,with the exception of noted cooler, all freezers are <-18C, hot holding units are >60C
-Dishwasher reached a temperature of >71C on plate surfaces
-Bleach is used for sanitation and they are >100pm

** noted staff with gloves not washing hands and washing gloves- remind staff to change gloves and wash hands properly
** provide sticky traps under all sinks and shelving units to monitor for any rodent activities

send a report re: addressing noted issues before the follow up inspection to the attention of the area inspector.
